Spring City, TN

Denno, the girls, my mom, my Best friend Alisa, her daughter Julia and myself spent the weekend in Spring City, TN at my Grandfather's lake house. It has been more than seven years since Denno and I have been there and I don't know what took us so long to go back. We by far had the best weekend ever. The girls loved being on the lake swimming in the water, fishing, & going out on the boats. We ate the best food ever and we even roasted marshmallows at the camp fire and made s’ mores. One night we made homemade ice cream. I think this is going to become our vacation every year. Alisa and Julia seemed to have a great time also and they already talking about the next time we go. It was so fun hanging out with my grandpa and his wife Judy. It was an 8 hour drive which my mom drove but the girls were so good in the car it didn't even seem like that long. I can't wait to go back! Anybody want to go with us?

Two weeks from today Isabella is coming home.

This week I have finally gotten some cards made. I hope you like them.

I made this card to send to my Grandpa Scherder.

My Aunt Rose had surgery yesterday to hopefully remove the breast cancer that has returned. I made this card to send to her.

Denno's Grandma got a volunteer position at the library and I made this card to congratulate her. This card is using two of the new in-colors Soft Suede, and Bermuda Bay.

I made this card for my mom. Her birthday is next week. I really like it even though my ribbon ruffle is a little crooked. I hope she doesn't look at my blog before her birthday. :)

Denno's uncle John's birthday is tomorrow and this is the card I made him.

Isabella is 5 weeks old.

Isabella is five weeks old now. She has started eating solid foods and is being weaned from her mother. She is getting so big. Three more weeks until she comes home.

My Pre-order came today!

Okay so today the UPS man stopped at my house with a wonderful package full of new stamps from the new Stampin' UP catalog that doesn't come out until July. But as a demonstrator I got to preorder all the new in colors (which I love) a few new stamp sets, and new home decor. I love being a Stampin' UP demonstrator.

This card is using a new punch, a new stamp set, new DSP, the new in colors, and new ribbon.
